I have NEVER seen anyone cleaning this restroom. I usually wear sandals (no grip) and am suuuper careful when using this facility. I love the fast flow, well-chugging faucets but it seems guests have an issue splashing water all over the counter and super slick tile floor. I frequent this restroom probably more than I should and it's always a mess. Another huge complaint is the restrooms near checkin/ pool. Check in is still great and I like the parking and rooms. The first time they blamed it on the season but it's San Diego (County) which has year-round pool weather. They don't seem to mention anything when you go to book or when they send you promotions. The last 3 times I've been the pool is either closed or closed and under construction. Lately it looks like the pool is being re-plastered. Regarding the hotel: I swear the pool or nearby area is always being fussed with. The casino is great, Buffet is best in SoCal (even though they keep raising prices), the cafe is wonderful as well.
